About Roberto Allavena

Started in 2006 in Inpeco as a concept designer, my career developed in the mechanical field in 2007 when I was hired in Gruppo Aturia. In the thecnical office in Gruppo Aturia I had the chance to work in project and product development getting in touch with all production phases and the department involved. In 2012 I took the chance to develop myself and get the role of thecnical manager in Gruppo Aturia. In the role I was managing 4 internal resources and a couple of external thecnicians. In the role I developed technical competencies on rotating equipment and special customized project. In the two year in Gruppo Aturia as a thecnical manager I worked also on my leadership skills, and project management competencies. In 2014 I moved to a new experience in Watts, as R&D manager. In the role I developed knowledge in valve design and hydronics products.
