About Roberto Angarten

Over 17 years of experience in many areas of technology. I lead and manage software development teams, implementing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives. Responsible for the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions within agreed timelines, using agile methodologies. Closely collaborate with other teams and departments, including Product, Data, UX, and primarily with business areas. My major accomplishments include building a multidisciplinary team that worked on both application architecture and devops, making numerous improvements to the CI/CD pipeline and implementing micro frontend architecture, which brought more agility to development. I also automated the change request opening process, making it 100% transparent for development teams. Before working as a coordinator/tech manager, I was a software architect, and worked on designing and implementing the migration from a monolithic legacy system to a microservices architecture in the cloud (AWS), and also implementing the CI/CD pipeline for the project, which did not exist previously. The result was optimization of time and delivery quality. My goal is to contribute to digital transformation and innovation, using the best practices and tools in systems engineering.
