Background

About Roberto Balzarelli

As a professional I distinguish myself by quickly understanding complexity, setting clear goals, high dose of energy and a focus on teamwork.I love to work with diverse teams, from board of directors to operations. I make sure that I find the right communication style to get my message across, to create enthusiasm and to get things done.Besides the human aspect of every project I am still a real ‘nerd’. I love to truly understand the technical depth of a product, process or service. Either by joining the team in the field, spending hours in a spreadsheet or whatever else that is necessary at the time. I believe that is the only way to truly understand what’s going on.Outside of work I am a proud family man with an international wife and two daughters. I am a fanatic at racketsports, I love nature and the outdoors, and I have a small problem with collecting awesome music. My expertise lies with charging infrastructure for electric vehicles, commercial propositions, consulting, technical strategy, management, energy purchasing, virtual power plants and financial modelling for CPO's.
