Currently, I lead the evolution of TAS's offerings, focusing on digital assets and real-time liquidity management, and my responsibilities have encompassed a range of key activities, including: • Spearheading presales initiatives for both domestic and international markets in the treasury and payments sectors. • Organizing and managing User Groups for our products, a role entrusted to me due to my recognized business acumen by the industry, fostering a collaborative community among partners and clients. • Leading the functional analyst team, ensuring seamless collaboration and excellence in deliverables. • Actively participating in industry working groups for major projects such as "Consolidation T2/T2S" and "ECMS." • Providing consultancy to banks, drafting business requirements, and supporting impact analysis on treasury operations and IT systems influenced by Eurosystem Consolidation. • Analyzing requirements from key European directives, including EMIR, MiFID2, and Basel3. • Leading TAS's research collaborations with CeTIF, focusing on collateral and liquidity management issues, with the engagement of major Italian banks.
