I grew up alongside my father, Sérgio Cauduro — a professor and renowned figure in dental prosthetics at UFRGS — and found in oral rehabilitation the ideal field to combine manual skill with purpose in my profession. From the very beginning of my career, I was introduced to implant-based rehabilitation, still in its early stages in Brazil at the time. The need to create new protocols, design more precise and functional components, and meet specific clinical demands is what drove me to found HealTech in 2007. Since then, I have dedicated myself to the development of customized medical devices, with a focus on ultra-precision machining of titanium, special alloys, and polymers for healthcare applications. Today, in addition to managing production, I work directly in technical consulting for dental and medical professionals, clinics, and hospitals. I support and execute R&D projects, participate in trade fairs and industry events, and remain fully committed to delivering premium quality, consultative service, and clinical efficiency in our products. What motivates me is developing solutions that positively impact healthcare professionals — and, as a result, their patients.
