About Roberto Ceccarini

Roberto Ceccarini has over 20 years of experience in managing problems of contamination of the subsoil in industrial plants, especially with regard to the realization of environmental surveys, implementation and management of remediation systems of soil and groundwater, to the attainment of health risk analysis and management of communication with local control in the environmental design. He also performed general and detailed studies for the defense of the soil, with particular attention to geomorphological evolution of the territory and to instability at all scales (deep gravitational deformations, landslides, collapses, mudflow), risk management and design of monitoring measures, consolidation and implementation of safety. EXPERIENCE Environmental Assessments and Environmental Due Diligence: – Support the acquisition or sale of industrial areas with complex environmental issues, with definition and presentation of issues and related costs for various Italian and international customers. – Management of over 55 projects, operation and supervision of over 45 environmental surveys for industrial sites and areas of future development on behalf of the buyer or acquisition instrument. – Environmental Due Diligence at industrial plants and office buildings for private investors. Groundwater Investigations- Managed or performed numerous detailed remedial investigations, human health risk assessments and feasibility studies for industrial facilities- Remediation and implementation of safety measures of contaminated areas. Environmental Litigation: Provided litigation support for chemical companies involved in remediation and costs litigations.
