About Roberto Dagnoni

Roberto Dagnoni is Chairman of MB | Mercado Bitcoin, the largest digital assets platform in Latin America, and CEO of 2TM, a holding company with a portfolio of ventures and M & As in the digital assets ecosystem. He led MB’s growth to 4.3 million clients, consolidating the business as an exchange, RWA tokenization platform, and digital bank with operations in Brazil and Portugal - where it is licensed to serve the entire European Union. Under his leadership, MB became Brazil’s first crypto unicorn and ranks among the world’s top five private credit tokenizers. He also brought in investments from SoftBank, 10T, and Tribe, including SoftBank’s largest crypto deal in the region. An experienced investor, he has executed M&A transactions totaling more than US$6 billion, including the sale of Cetip to B3 and Sascar to GP/Michelin Tires, and backed over 70 startups such as Asaas, Banco Neon, BP, Atta, Figment, Abra, Monetus, Monkey, and CERC. He is an Endeavor Entrepreneur and YPO member, as well as a board advisor to Asaas, InvestSmart, and LALA - an organization dedicated to developing young leaders. Beyond business, he is passionate about sports and speed, racing motorcycles and cars on iconic tracks and routes worldwide. Dagnoni holds a degree in Accounting (FAE) and has completed executive programs at Harvard, IMD, INSEAD, and IBGC.
