About Roberto Dandi

A dedicated educator, researcher, and consultant committed to enabling organizations to excel. Throughout my career, I've had the pleasure of sharing my knowledge and enthusiasm for management and organizational principles with students at different levels: undergraduate, graduate, master's program, and experienced. My teaching experience includes classes in both Italian and English, in Italy and abroad (USA, Ethiopia, Republic of Congo, Rwanda). My experience spans various industries, including healthcare, public utilities, medical devices, data science, and the Catholic Church. This experience has allowed me to see firsthand the profound impact that effective organizational redesign, human resource management practices, digital transformation initiatives, and teamwork can have on organizational success. I am an associate professor of organizational behavior at Catholic International University where I serve as Chair of the Department of Business and Ecclesial Management. I hold a National Scientific Habilitation in Organization Studies in Italy. My work has been published in reputable journals such as BMC Health Services Research, Health Care Management Review, Health Policy, Journal of Nursing Management, and Mecosan. I am eager to work with students and organizations that want to improve their performance, foster innovation, and navigate the complexities of the business world.
