About Roberto Dragonetti

Having always had a great passion for both mechanics and aviation I decided to take up studies in this sector and attained the BSc Degree in Aerospace Engineering at The University of Rome “La Sapienza”. On May 2014 I was awarded the Aerospace MSc Bursary (released by the Royal Aeronautical Society). As a result, I attained the MSc Degree in Aeronautical Engineering at The University of South Wales.On January 2016 I joined FCA quality department at Mirafiori Plant. As a quality process engineer, I assessed the quality of the manufacturing process, for both the Maserati Levante and the Alfa Romeo Mito. On January 2018 I became quality engineering manager within Mirafiori Plant. My main duty was to support all areas of quality department in order to achieve key performance objectives and maintain organized documented process control standards.From January 2019 to April 2020 I worked as a product planning specialist for Jeep Brand. I managed Large UVs life-cycle and positioning and cross model initiatives. Moreover I was actively involved in defining the product’s commercial launch plan assisting both R&D and Manufacturing teams for the next Grand Cherokee generation.On May 2020 I joined U-Shin as Quality Project Manager. I was in charge of all brand-new Maserati handles (i.e. Maserati MC20, Grecale, Granturismo). My main duty was to set and monitor the Quality Roadmap for each project in order to reach the Quality (Customer and U-shin) and cost targets.Currently I am Quality Lead Engineer in AvioAero (GE Aviation). I work hard every single day in order to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and use my abilities to effect short-term and long-term business goals.
