As a 3CAD Senior Consultant and Project Manager, I design, implement, and coordinate tailored digital solutions for companies operating primarily in made-to-order and just-in-time production environments, with a strong focus on the furniture and custom manufacturing sectors. I manage complex end-to-end projects, from requirements analysis to operational delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. I work closely with clients to deeply understand their business processes, optimize workflows, and deliver solutions that seamlessly integrate the 3CAD graphical configurator with systems such as ERP, MES, CNC and e-commerce. I coordinate both internal teams and client-side resources, providing technical and training support to help companies become self-sufficient in managing and maintaining their configurable product catalogs. My approach is results-oriented, with a strong emphasis on customization, scalability, and solution quality.
