At Freshways, I led dispatch operations as a Team Leader, managing people, orders, and inventory with a focus on efficiency, food safety, and regulatory compliance. I worked cross-functionally, operated various warehouse equipment, and used tools like Microsoft Dynamics Navision (ERP) and Office Suite to support data accuracy and smooth logistics. I also trained team members and took the lead in documenting processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
