I am an accomplished Architectural Designer and College Instructor and Academic Administrator with a background implementing complex Architectural projects and initiatives in support of Higher education Institutions goals. Some of my main skill sets include: ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN: Extensive experience in designing and overseeing construction of residential and commercial buildings up to SF. Team leadership and training experience. Excellent scheduling, customer relationship, and communication skills. RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Created professional relationships with individual clients, contractors and labor in the Architectural and Construction projects, as well as with coworkers, supervisors, and students. TEACHING: Taught a wide range of college-level courses (classroom and online) in Architecture, Interior Design, Computer Aided Design, BIM, 3D Modeling and Construction Management.
