Manager & Senior Presales: I’m in charge of business development on Sales, E-Commerce, Mobile and CRM subject areas. I plan and prepare presales activities and demos and look forward to new opportunities. Sales & CRM team leader: I look around to spot out new trends and technologies, I take care of my team skill development and planning. I keep and develop the relationship with SAP for presale, technical and business development support. Project Manager: As PMP certified project manager I take care of the customer and manage the project during the delivery, the post go-live phase and the maintenance. I have responsibility on the human resources, project schedule, risks and economics. SAP SD and CRM Team Leader and Senior Consultant: As functional consultant I customize and maintain the SAP ERP modules SD, LE, CS, with specific skills on invoicing, fiscal requirements, controlling and logistics. I also coordinate and contribute to the overall logistics design of an integrated information system (ERP). I can also customize SAP CRM, with particular attention to the mobile sales, internet sales, mobile services scenarios. I also took part to the design and realization of ‘digital signing’ systems, electronic invoicing systems and archiving projects compliant with the Italian regulations. I have a deep insight in IDoc/ALE technology, EDI subsistems, and the design and realization of complex interfaces connecting Sap ERP to e-commerce systems (B2B/B2C) and warehouse management systems. I have highly specialized knowledge of the automotive supplier industry business processes, since my strong contribution to the first European SAP awarded Automotive Supplier All-in-One preconfigured package, delivered in 2003 by IBM. I’ve been a SAP Italia teacher in SCM courses that take place in Rome and Milan, both in Italian and English languages. I’m speaker for Unisys in SAP, CRM and digital transformation related events.
