I am an innovative team leader and visionary senior research scientist with extensive expertise in 3D vision technologies, robotics, and autonomous navigation. With a PhD in Applied Mathematics from Sapienza University, I have dedicated my career to advancing computer vision and developing cutting-edge solutions for real-world applications. Currently, I am the Principal Data Scientist at Full Matrix, where I lead data science initiatives to drive innovative solutions and strategic decision-making. My previous roles include project leader at the Austrian Institute of Technology, senior research scientist at Toshiba Europe, Marie Curie Fellow at the University of Cambridge, and research fellow at both the Italian Institute of Technology and the Israel Institute of Technology. In these positions, I have developed 3D scanning prototypes, integrated robotics research, and advanced computer vision through deep learning and photometric stereo techniques.
