Crafting stories with creative impact in the education, tech and sustainable energy sectors for over 15 years through creative direction, narrative, instructional design, animation and integrated creative brand communication, with over 6 years of experience in edtech as a motion designer, art director and senior animation team leader. I have directed motion graphic design departments across both listed organisations and academic institutions with international footprints. My experience includes the direction and production of motion design content for the world's leading universities at one of the largest global edtech companies, and I am currently employed as a senior instructional designer at Hitachi Energy, Madrid. My value contribution is to identify and establish unique opportunities to nurture learning and talent by maximising visual narrative impact through strategic planning, collaboration, management, instructional design and creative execution, in order to meet broader organisational objectives.
