About Roberto Orsini

Motivated by the dynamism offered by the team in the tourism sector and Hotelier, I'm working at the Hotel Hassler in Rome, in the past i was at the Hotel De Paris "Leading of the World"(5* in Montecarlo), Hotel Martinez "In the Unbound Collection by Hyatt"(5 * in Cannes - France) and previously, at the Royal Hotel Sanremo, “Leading of the World” (5 * in Sanremo - Italy). I also had the chance to be part of the team for the new opening of the Hyatt Centric Gran Via Madrid (5 *- Madrid - Spain) as Front Desk Agent Task Force during 1 month. Between rigor and professionalism, I adapt quickly to any new environments. I take initiatives in situations under pressure like during the "Grand Prix Formula One", “Cannes Film Festival” and “Sanremo Music Festival” when activities are very high and guests are very demanding. Also, my multitasking experience at the Hotel Martinez make me a strong asset for your hotel welcoming both leisure and convention guests. My attention to detail, my sense of responsability and my taste for team work allows me to always exceed the expectations of the guests. Those experiences have made of me a very sociable person with empathy, smily, positivity, open minded and always excited about changes and new challenge. I know how to adapt in a unfamiliar situation. I really appreciate being in touch with the guests and satisfy them.
