I built my career through a solid academic education and also practical experiences - I was able to consolidate and test the entire theoretical basis for the companies I worked for, working in the automotive, services / technology, engineering & construction and steel sectors.I try to be an inspiring leader, seen myself as a Chief People Developer focused on transformation, inclusive leadership and permeating connections through a creative and authentic work environment where the impacts on the results are really more important than hierarchical levels.All my way of working coincides with my belief in being part of the business.
