Procurement Manager with many years of experience at major Companies. I have therefore developed profound knowledge of procurement methodologies, particularly in Banking, Real Estate and Information Technology. In BNL I'm the Third Part Risk Management officier in COO-Sourcing, also referent for Norms and Controls. Previously, as Procurement Operations Team Manager, I support our Sourcing team in contract management, suppliers risk, norms and standards, reporting and has in charge the development of methodologies and procurement tools. At BNL I represent Procurement regarding Real Estate, as well as in several "major projects" for innovation, development, and outsourcing. I have conducted several bid procedures and complex negotiations for the conclusion of major contracts - such as a roll out for the opening of new branches, Real Estate maintenance (facility management), photovoltaics, company canteens, security systems - as well as for the Payroll outsourcing project and the "new governance model for IT vendors" project. Formerly, in the role of Procurement Manager, I defined and implemented operational plans with conspicuous budgets and successfully conducted various development projects of the procurement process (including ACE methodology) and the related information systems, to improve the efficiency and promote the adoption of advanced methods and functionality of e-procurement. Therefore, I have distinctive expertise in defining the following- Purchasing strategies - Project management of complex initiatives - Economic management of procurement and contracts - Organizational development of the Procurement Functions These enable me to ensure optimum results, savings, qualification and monitoring of supplier performance, and therefore increase the effectiveness and operational efficiency.
