I have gained more than 20 years of experience in multinational company (Eco Group and Gruppo Luvata) in accounting and tax department with the collaboration of the leading auditing and main studies National and international tax advice, with specific experience in the taxation of other countries as required in the field EU and non-EU. In particular, I have dealt with- Transactions of LBO and M&A - Reorganization of the national and international corporate - Acquisition by private equity funds - Transition to International Financial Reporting Standards - Tax due diligence - Transfer Pricing policy - Consolidated tax and management of tax returns of Italian companies - Import duties - exports to non-EU countries Also in my role I have these responsabilities- Manage the planning, operation and administration of the Italian accounting team - Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements - Ensure compliance with local GAAP and IFRS and statutory requirements- Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and International policies and requirements, overall corporate guidelines, accounting policies/procedures, and taxation requirements- Develop and maintain close partnerships with Corporate finance partners and auditors- cost analysis and identification of opportunities to drive higher levels of business performance - Identify business and process needs and develop solutions that require full integration of the company's strategies - Managing Italy capital requirements and expenditures with appropriate measurement of return against expectations- Develop the local finance team to ensure increasing positive impact on the business each year while planning for continuity of financial operations - Creation of a working environment that stimulates open communication, creativity, sharing of best practices across the global function.
