My current position is Operations Compliance Sr Supervisor and Site Data Integrity Lead at Pfizer Catania site. The main responsibilities of the role are the management of OPS compliance teams in order to assure the best compliance of the shop floor, updating and issuing new SOPs and forms, implementing Digital GMP solution(paperless orientation) where I am also PM, all in alignment to internal and regulatory guidelines with human performance errors reduction and Data integrity approaches. As Data Integrity lead I’m responsible of the site compliance to Data Integrity principles, DI SME during BOH audit, responsible for remediation and continuous improvement plans and SME for DI impact assessment. I covered the role of Technical support & Operations Compliance Supervisor at Pfizer Catania site. The role consists in supervise and manage the activities of the department compliance team in order to assure the achievement of the targets based on site metrics, updating and issuing new SOPs and forms with human performance errors reduction approach.Part of the role is to provide technical support on problem solving and projects management. I was Process Scientist in Pfizer Catania site. Part of operations support team with the responsible to look for issues solutions and production improvements using OPEX approach, managing technical trials, issuing change controls, and giving technical support to manufacturing and packaging.Project management and task forces leading are important part of the role. I had the role Pharmaceutical Operation Scheduler Sr Expert Pfizer Catania site. I managed the schedule of all the activities with impact on production. I followed these in order to assure the achievement of manufacturing plan. I was daily connected to maintenance, validation, quality and supply fields to collect every task. The main target of the role is to plan everything optimizing drugs production and packaging. I was also involved in project management. I covered the role of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Manager (management of 6 units).The company where I worked is in the Veterinary Pharmaceutical Industry. Before this, I was Head of the Sterile drugs production unit in the same company.
