Extensive international experience as a Service Manager and Program / Area Manager at a major multinational company in the telecommunications sector. My professional growth has begun in Alcatel, where I worked as Microwave testing engineer and in quality, then I moved to Nokia Siemens Networks, where I initially played a role of Customer Service line manager and later worked as a (Program / Area Manager), role of coordination between the local organizations and R&D for the implementation of new technologies in Europe. As a result of these experiences, people management skills, ability to control costs, as well as negotiating skills with internal and external customers and suppliers are part of my profile.
