About Roberto Ruscetta

I start working for Marconi in 1989. My first employment has been testing and card repairing in Factory enviroment for a two year period. Following step has been moving to field Engineering experience by commissioning and integrating Telecommunication equipments with different technology within the major TLC Operators in Italy and Abroad. This activity has helped me to increase my TLC knowledge and allowed me to apply to different positions inside the company as Supervisor of Field Testing Team or Technical Supervisor of challenging projects, but in any case always being the direct interface with Customer for 11 years. After all these interesting activities I moved back to Italy working as Supervisor in Commissioning and Maintenance to Broadband Area for the main Italian Operators. In a short period I also have been involved in installation of SDH equipments by acting as Implementation Manager. I have been working for Ericsson since 2006, and in 2007 I applied as Line Manager in Commissioning and Integration Broadband becoming a Centralized focal point of all Broadband Activities, supporting different technologies in all main TLC Italian operators. In 2008 I have applied as Technical Reference and Coordinator of Roll-out Commissioning for Vodafone FBS projects implementing all the Broadband Access Network. Since 2009 I have been a Solution Architect being Technical Responsible/Interface towards Customer Vodafone Italia for Broadband Activities in Services Segment. This activity involves me in different processes of the project like Pre-sales with project estimation phase, and the project execution phase by contributing, supporting and driving the needs of Customer, as also our Delivery Organization in technical guidance until the functionality and technical quality of deliverables are secured.
