I lead teams up to 40 people supervising them and making sure, the jobs were always done complying with Company standards. Financial and administrative skills. Accomplished time manager, as Administrator officer in Princess Cruises my accuracy on clearance paperwork, relationship with the authorities is always noted by the on board management, immigration and custom officer of various countries we visited, I have not a delay on the arrival ore departure task. As assistant Crew Manager I am dealing over the clearance paperwork for the crew, together of the full crew payroll,(basic wage, overtime, seniority pay, various bonus etc.), with management and crewmember.
