Huge expertise in Project Management related Competences. I've spent 20 years of my job career in this field, all of them in an international Company like Baker Hughes. Covered several roles in Project Management (PM, PM Leader) and quality (Black Belt). Collaborating with IPMA (International Project Management Association) as Assessor (Italy and France), Certification Advisor, Validator, Trainer and Operational Committee Member. Co-author of the book:"Le competenze del Project Management", FrancoAngeli 2019. IPMA Portfolio Director Level A certified, Working in close contact with the world main Oil & Gas customers: Shell, Total, SBM. Exxon, Eni. Quality Black Belt certified and ISO internal auditor certified- Proficient in finance and economics- I use my attitude and experience to bring value to my company coordinating operations and control and hiring and coaching people. I'm proactive, results driven and able to set and achieve goals through necessary changes. Able to work in multicultural environment and to coordinate all initiatives aspects both with internal and external stakeholders- I've also taken care of Project Management culture development inside Global Service division of General Electric Oil & Gas, driving PMs IPMA certification program in 2009 and developing several initiatives like PM Councils and PM Days- I've driven benchmark initiatives with GE Headquarter spending 3 months in USA- I've Problem solving and Say/Do approach- I've Managed Oil & Gas complex projects- I've a proven Negotiation skills with customers and suppliers- But above all I'm eager to learn and to prove myself in new challenges.
