About Robin Azarya

Hi, it's me, Robin! Here, I will tell you about the outline of my journey! After I officially graduated from High School, I've decided to take law as my major at Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta. As time goes by, I joined and be a part of some organizations which I thought is quite important, such as KOMUTASI (Komutasi Anti Korupsi). As long as I'm part of this, I got a lot of opportunities that would be useful for my future work. Moreover, I also had a chance to be a part of Koko Cici Jogja and got the title of Koko Cici Jogja 2019 People's Choice as Tourism, Social, and Culture Ambassador of Yogyakarta. For my working experiences, I had an internship at the Sleman Prosecutor's Office for 3 months and got new knowledge about how to implement legal cases in real life. After I graduated, I've got the opportunity to work in PT. Agung Podomoro Land Tbk, as a Legal Officer. When I was working there, I have learned many lessons that I thought I'm not capable with and it trained me to push my self harder in a work life. Besides that, I also have the experience working as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Manager in one of the biggest shipping and logistics company in Indonesia. Although working in this industry is a new experience to me, but after almost 3 years being entrusted filled in this position, I am successfully handled in managing the functions of HRBP, the Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition & LnD, Industrial/Employee Relations, and also HRGA & Payroll things.
