Highly Experienced in Printing/(e)Mailing/Archiving/digitalizing & Document solutions Highly Experienced in OCR technology using ABBYY Applications and Solutions Trainee/Junior Project Management - Trainee Solution Analysis - Output and solution driven As IT Engineer @ Symeta Hybrid (part of ColruytGroup) I took on many different roles and opportunities to expand my knowledge in the broad sprectrum of IT. I help our clients with their direct marketing, billing or business communication. Using multichannel communication we allow our customers to decide through which channel they want to receive/sent documents or information. I develop and set up the complete flow(s) and processes that are needed. Doing the solution-and functional analysis, automating the process (getting the data, developing personalized mails/letters/sms, directing the printingprocess, mailing, reporting.). and documenting is all part of this process flow. I also had the opportunity to build up a broad knowledge of OCR (optical character recognition) using ABBYY's products and solutions. Im the central point of contact and go-to-guy to help our external and internal clients (colruytgroup) with digitalizing and archiving different document streams. Besides this i also set up the projects/flows to capture (meta)data on those documents using the ocr-technology and applying different business rules depending on the needs of the customer. Lately I took on the role of Junior/trainee Project Manager for my team. At my first project i was responsible for introducing and implementing a new software package. Finding the right people for the project/ keeping track of the costs/expenses, organizing standups, leading the meetings and reporting the progress to the project owner/responsible and portfoliomanagement were all part of my tasks. I also have a huge interest in developing more skills and experience in solution/functional and business-analysis. During the last few years i already took on the role/ownership of solution/functional analyst and product owner/application manager(ABBYY) within my team. Overal i'm a flexible solution- and output driven workforce with a broad technical knowledge and interest in different fields!
