About Robin Bain

Robin heads the commercial team in the Southend Office. He acts for a wide range of clients including developers, investors, institutional lenders, retailers, charities, educational institutions and leisure operators. His work covers all aspects of the acquisition, operation and disposal of businesses, commercial property and secured lending. He was educated locally and after a period of time spent in the legal department of a nationalised industry and as a partner in a private practise elsewhere in Essex, he joined Tolhurst Fisher LLP in 1988 to expand its already wide commercial base and became a partner shortly after.
