I have held many different positions throughout my career, but at the core I have always focused on identifying, creating and documenting streamlined processes. During the last year and a half I have worked with a consultant from the Lean Enterprise Institute to begin the formalized journey of recognizing the importance of Lean to an organization. Beginning with purpose then filtering down to process and finally development of people. Organizations have the talent they need to improve their processes; they need to encourage a problem solving culture and support a new way of thinking and behaviors the support that culture.
