As the Development Head for the ESM platform at LSEG, I bring over 14 years of industry expertise, including more than 10 years of specialized experience in ServiceNow, to drive innovation and excellence. I manage and lead the Center of Excellence (CoE) and have overall accountability for all software outcomes on the platform. Additionally, I work as a Senior Manager, overseeing a large team to ensure successful delivery across the board. Throughout my career, I have spearheaded the implementation of numerous complex products, demonstrating a profound ability to navigate and solve intricate challenges. My extensive background in ServiceNow, coupled with a deep understanding of industry best practices, allows me to design and execute strategic initiatives that optimize business processes and enhance organizational performance. I am a seasoned professional known for my strategic thinking, leadership, and commitment to excellence.
