About Robin Bear

Strategic advisor to founders, CEOs and senior executives building high-growth, innovation-driven tech companies. I help leaders and their teams navigate complexity, and scale strategically through critical growth and transformation. I bring a unique blend of big picture creative thinking combined with operational precision and deep market insight to inform critical decision points. My work focuses on high-impact areas including zero to one seed stage go-to-market strategy, first iteration business process design, stakeholder alignment, and long-term value creation. I’m industry agnostic with a heavy slant towards B2B strategy for technical innovators. Recent past efforts guided leaders in advanced manufacturing, enterprise services, healthcare and medtech/biotech. With deep empathy for the entrepreneurial journey and new ventures, I work closely with founders to articulate vision, connect with their markets, and implement scalable systems. My approach is highly collaborative, rooted in an understanding of both the ambitions and constraints facing growth-oriented organizations. I welcome opportunities to work alongside innovators and leadership teams seeking a thoughtful, experienced advisor to help transform bold ideas into actionable strategy — and vision into results.
