I am a visionary professional with proven success developing security evacuation and emergency preparedness plans, updating policies and procedures, and investigating theft and medical security incidents. My strategic aptitude drives me to organize training sessions to develop teams and maintain operational effectiveness. As an out-of-the-box thinker, I am dedicated to partnering with all personnel, government officials, and stakeholders to discuss security and intelligence matters and strengthen execution of all initiatives. Clients and colleagues know me as a motivational, collaborative, and influential leader who excels in guiding and empowering department members from complex and diverse cultural backgrounds. A few of my career highlights include: • Built medical clinic intended to meet and exceed requirements of international standards, including SOPs/SWIs. • Instituted and implemented medical evacuation plans by air and road, ensuring streamlined execution of isolated gold mine Project in Northern Ivory Coast. • Established solid HSE and medical department in coordination with functional team and the vision of aiding multiple villagers surrounding a gold mine Project for prevention/treatment of malaria, donating medication to local hospitals, and organization of HIV information programs. • Keyed all SOPs and SWI into system for security control centre, gold room, highly sensitive and high-security area within gold process plant; initiated all Covid-19 site protocols and pandemic management plans for future implementation to confirm safety and security and operational excellence of gold mine under budgetary constraints. • Adopted industry best practices to perform complete site security hardening upgrade, arrange solid VPSHR training and compliance for all private security contractors and government security forces. • Maintained a well-known intelligence network consisting of local leaders, government contacts both in country and abroad, security forces, and departments from other mine companies in West Africa. • Utilized leading industry practices to recommend updated procedures to enhance current security systems. I spend my free time running, hiking, skydiving, boxing, and traveling. Community participation/involvement paves the way for self-development and contribution.
