About Robin Bodin

I have a passion for leveraging technology, data, and innovation to create positive impact and value for customers.Throughout my career, I have developed core competencies in operations management, data analytics, production planning, and human resources management. I currently lead a cross-functional team of engineers at Region Östergötland, one of the largest health care providers in the country.In my current role, I am responsible for developing and implementing methods and processes for operations management within Swedish health care. I collaborate with various stakeholders, such as clinicians, administrators, and patients, to identify and address the challenges and opportunities in the health care system. I use my communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills to facilitate dialogue, build trust, and deliver solutions.
