I’m a marketing leader who gets energy from smart, collaborative conversations. My best work happens at the whiteboard (or a messy doc) with people who challenge each other, give constructive feedback, and build on ideas until they become campaigns that move the needle. Today I lead integrated brand + demand programs, mentor a lean team, and partner across Sales, executive leadership, and vendors. I set clear goals, prioritize intake, and coach contributors, then roll up my sleeves to write, edit, and ship. I’m big on simple operating rhythms (cadences, dashboards, attribution) and clear ownership so teams can move fast together. I’m still a writer at heart, that’s my lens. Journalism taught me to find the lede, fiction to shape the arc, and agency life to move fast and deliver on a deadline. That storytelling muscle now fuels positioning, executive/internal comms, and the content that powers demand.
