Passionate about Revenue Management I strongly believe in building a strong Revenue Management Culture is the key to a successful hotel organization”. I have maintained over 17 years of experience in Hospitality Revenue Management at both the property level and with multi-property portfolios. I joined Millennium Hotels & Resorts as the Vice President, Revenue Management, Asia in 2016. My current responsibilities include leading the Revenue Management principles, strategic analytics and pricing strategies for all hotels within the Asia portfolio. I am currently developing and overseeing the Revenue Management foundations by focusing on the evolving Revenue system enhancements and ensuring that the support structure provides outstanding value for each property. My strong analytical ability, combined with knowledge of hotel operations, operations, sales and reservation systems, assist in driving top-line revenues and increasing overall market penetration. In my previous capacity I served as Regional Director of Revenue Management FRHI, responsible for 14 hotels in Asia Pacific. My role was instrumental in promoting and strengthening a Total Hotel Profit Optimization culture within the brand. My expertise includes a wide range of roles including Opening Hotel Projects & the Development and Implementation of Standards with efficient use of all available Revenue Management resources.
