Accounting software conversion to Sage Intacct. In 2022, 2 acquisitions in less than 100 days and total revenue from $15M to $40.5M (MRR $35.7M) with 70 employees to 300+ in 3 countries - EBITDA $8.75M. o Hired as "change-agent" for Bulldog Solutions and rebuilt the entire finance team from the ground up, as well as, the HR team with dramatic improvements to the onboarding experience and retention.
