I am a Retirement Community Management Program (McMaster University) graduate, an Active Aging Specialist, Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer and have my Smart Serve Certification. As a dedicated Active Aging Specialist I promote healthy realistic body movement along with health, wellness & fitness to guide people to move well within their own body's capabilities. Continued experience leading and teaching body movements and communicating with the human body continues to inspire me. Empowering others to find their "Yes I can" is part of who I am. The sharing of knowledge and skills spreads more joy than keeping it to oneself. Attention to detail & providing positive experiences for clients/members in social events & educational seminars is vital for me. My administrative skills include budget management, project planning & management, program planning, client support, business administrative tasks. Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams), scheduling, hybrid programs(zoom), data entry, data collection, report writing, accuracy. Public speaking, presenting, and sharing knowledge of human movement is my thrive mode. Plan for the future moments but live in the current moment.
