Hi and welcome to my LinkedIn Page. I've been advised to update it, so here goes! I'm a clinical psychologist and founder of Spring Psychological Services. I provide individual, group, and couples counseling to clients with depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, addictive behaviors, emotional eating, emotional avoidance, and relationship concerns. Whew. I know that sounds like a lot, but those concerns often overlap. I also provide clinical supervision to postdoctoral fellows on their path toward licensure, and I enjoy working with small groups on topics related to mental health - burnout, resiliency, stress management, mindfulness, and relationships. I'm trained in motivational interviewing, I'm board certified in Lifestyle Medicine, and I'm a part-time faculty member at Kennesaw State University. Outside of work, I can be found reading, writing, running, and cooking (not all at once, of course). I also have a beautiful family and thoughtful friends, and I enjoy being in their good company.
