About Robin Croen

Senior Program Manager and Licensed Landscape Architect with 10+ years of experience leading large-scale sustainability and infrastructure programs across corporate, healthcare, transit, and civic sectors. I specialize in corporate sustainability strategy, decarbonization, and cross-functional program leadership, translating regulatory, technical, and stakeholder requirements into scalable, business-aligned outcomes. My work focuses on- Sustainability Impact: Achieved multi-thousand-ton GHG reductions, diverted millions of gallons of stormwater annually, and advanced net-zero performance timelines by decades- Program Leadership: Directed concurrent multimillion-dollar programs, balancing budgets, schedules, compliance, and risk while aligning diverse stakeholders across engineering, procurement, and executive leadership- Data-Driven Decision Making: Applied LCA, carbon accounting, and compliance frameworks to inform program strategy and supply chain decisions. I thrive at the intersection of program strategy, sustainability, and operations—building the structures and partnerships that enable organizations to meet ambitious climate commitments while delivering measurable business value.
