In my current role today as Manager Wages Operations at Foot Locker I am responsible for driving multiple cost optimization projects with the aim to realize cost savings for the company e.g. Premium control, Time for time reduction and through advise on optimal contract base, staffing and hour control in stores. Through profound analysis on the business I, together with my team member, develop the ability to guide and train District Managers to take control of the store wages within their Leagues. Before joining Foot Locker I worked 4 years in PVH - Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein. After starting out in the supply chain as allocator of inbound and outbound orders I worked my way up via Retail Allocator to Business Analyst for the Netherlands. In this last role I contributed in developing and maintaining automized processes for buying plans, P&L reporting, HR reporting and allocation processes. In previous years I have worked as a merchandise planner and allocator for America Today, V&D and Nike where I was responsible for the forecast, planning and allocation of the full product line including tasks as delivery plans to stores, maintaining healthy store stocklevels, replenishment, product launches and warehouse SKU cleanup. I consider myself a true teamplayer who loves to work together on a common goal, furthermore I see myself as an accurate worker with advanced analytical skills and profound capabilities for working with numeral databases, programs and softwares as Excel, SAP, Oracle, Island Pacific. Thanks to my education I have sufficient language skills in English, German, French and Spanish. A valuable assett when working for international companies. My ambition is to work for an international (retail) company where fun is combined with work and where teamwork is one of its core values. A company where I will be able to become a senior analyst and where I am encouraged to climb my way up into the organization to a supervisor/manager role.
