About Robin Dianoux

I'm a sociologist and facilitator working at the intersection of environmental governance, collective intelligence, and participatory processes. After completing a PhD on biodiversity offset policies in Colombia — combining fieldwork with institutional analysis — I joined INRAE to contribute to the EU-funded BioAgora project, where I helped shape a science-policy interface for biodiversity at the European level. Over the past two years, I’ve focused on designing and facilitating collaborative processes: from task forces and strategic workshops to ethical governance frameworks and stakeholder dialogues. My work has involved coordinating international working groups, prototyping protocols for rapid policy advice, and designing immersive workshops that connect science, policy, and practice. Alongside my facilitation work, I continue to explore how knowledge, values, and power shape ecological transitions — and how we can create spaces for more inclusive, transformative conversations. My background spans sociology, anthropology, environmental humanities, and visual storytelling (photography, documentary filmmaking). I'm passionate about bridging disciplines and domains to support transitions that are not only science-informed but also socially rooted and ethically grounded.
