I am seeking a position where I can put my years of experience running a real estate company to work. I served as the Executive Vice President of J. Rockcliff Realtors, a premier real estate company in the East Bay that was number one in the market for over eleven years, for 13 years. I was responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing, technology, facilities, risk management, and daily operations. We had six offices and approximately 600 agents. Additionally, I have experience opening and closing offices Asset Purchases and mergers and acquisitions. I understand Brokers, Owners and Managers and the challenges they face in any given market. I am a problem solver and have the ability to think outside the box to create a win-win for everyone. I am on the Board of Directors for the California Association of Realtors and a Trustee of the Legal Action Fund, where I contribute to the advocacy and protection of the real estate profession. With 35 years of experience in the real estate industry, I am an expert Realtor, Trainer, and Coach and negotiator, where I help buyers and sellers in the San Francisco East Bay achieve their housing goals. I have a passion for meeting clients' needs, providing potential housing options, successfully counseling agents, and managing transactions in a timely manner. I am also a certified GRI, CRS, and C2EX, demonstrating my commitment to excellence and professionalism in my field. I have consistently ranked in the top 1% of agents nationwide based on sales volume, and I have earned multiple honors, including the Realtor of the Year, Realtor Emeritus, and the NAR RPAC Hall of Fame. I am available to travel anytime and in fact would welcome the opportunity.
