Twenty years supervisory and management experience in in small and large diverse military operations. Fifteen years in the transportation industry as a Class A CDL driver and owner operator. Performs depro operators maintenance, the work location is Ft. Drum New York. Perform advanced inspection, repair, and maintenance tasks in accordance with specifications required to prepare military vehicles for issue to units and organizations. Responsible for operator level PMCS on all maintenance significant items and operating wheeled vehicles and equipment over varied terrain and roadways in support of LBE and PDTE operations. MILITARY and CIVILIAN INSTRUCTOR: • Was responsible for setting up, coordinating and executing various training scenarios’ at the Light fighter’s course on Fort Drum NY. • Instructed soldiers in the Operator New Equipment Training (OPNET) and Field Level Maintenance (FLM). • Conducts After Action Reviews (AAR), classroom instruction, critiques, on various equipment within the Army inventory i.e. 900 series vehicles. • Prepares and submits Depro checklists, Deficiency’s Reports (DFR), Hand Off Summaries (HOSUM), Initiates and conducts handoff of the equipment IAW: PBUSE requests in order to meet TACOM and Army requirements. • Travel to various military and federal installations to perform inspection, repair, and maintenance of vehicles IAW: TACOM requirements. Install modification work orders to improve or replace parts. • Maintained and operated eighteen wheel tractor trailer combination vehicle. Gross vehicle weight (GVW) Eighty Thousand Pounds. • Maintained records, log books, and maintenance on the tractor and trailer in according with DOT regulations. • Setup, established and trained, 17 personnel to obtain a Class A CDL, IAW: TACOM and company policy. • Providing additional guidance and supervision to 30 other personnel within a sub-division of the company in establishing training so their personnel could meet the CDL requirements.
