Helping People Solve Complex Problems — Simply, Creatively, and Collaboratively I’m an experienced Agile Coach, Scrum Master, and Certified Trainer and Facilitator in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method, passionate about helping people, teams, and organisations unlock their full potential. Since 2011, I’ve worked across multiple sectors - from tech and finance to education and public service - first as a Product Owner, then as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach. My approach blends creativity with agility, helping teams improve collaboration, increase psychological safety, and achieve meaningful, sustainable change. 🧱 Bringing creativity into agile ways of working I use LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, serious games, and playful provocation to make the invisible visible, exploring strategy, improving communication, and fixing team dys-fun-ctions with fun and purpose. Facilitator and Trainer I design and deliver bespoke agile training, team workshops, and away-days, tailored to meet your organisation’s unique needs. From leadership development and Scrum Mastery to team-building through LEGO®, I help create engaging experiences that drive connection, clarity, and continuous improvement. Professional Coach (ICF-trained) As a professional coach working towards ICF ACC accreditation, I support individuals, leaders, and teams in developing greater self-awareness, confidence, and capability to thrive in complex environments. I believe that meaningful change happens when people feel seen, heard, and empowered to contribute. Whether I’m coaching one-on-one, facilitating a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshop, or guiding a team on their agile journey, my focus is always on building better ways of working, together.
