With 25 years of broad HR experience, including nearly 20 years in strategic and operational leadership, I have had the privilege of helping individuals and teams reach their highest potential, and provide service excellence to their clients. I have comprehensive experience in the non-profit, public and private sectors, with a recent focus on compensation in a unionized government organization as both an Acting Director and senior subject-matter expert. Education, experience and professional designations in Canada, the U.S. and abroad round out my unique skill set. Key career accomplishments include partnering across portfolios to ensure alignment on compensation and organizational structures, developing short and long-term HR and compensation strategies, full benefits reviews and implementation, influencing executives, broad policy development and so much more.
