I currently serve as the Director of Product Management at Adam Hall, where I oversee strategic leadership across all brands and manage a team of dedicated product managers. My responsibilities encompass driving innovation, strategic sourcing, and optimizing the value chain to support the continued growth and success of our product portfolio. Prior to my current role, I performed as a Senior Product Manager, where I developed my skills in product development, lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration. My experience in this role equipped me with the expertise to lead product strategies, align with market demands, and foster innovation within the organization. My professional journey in the audio and video industry has been diverse and enriching. It began with freelancing and authoring books for distance learning courses, leading me to managerial roles in production and product management. Over time, I progressed from managing production processes to overseeing product portfolios, culminating in my current leadership position at Adam Hall. Outside of my professional responsibilities, I'm passionate about building, problem-solving, and embracing challenges with an autodidactic spirit. My multicultural upbringing and international education have fostered an open-minded approach, enriching both my professional and personal perspectives.
