About Robin Isnor

I am a firm believer that people show up to work wanting to do an excellent job. There may be barriers; visible or invisible, gaps in knowledge, capability and resources, but if they lean into growth and development, I am all for it and I am their biggest cheerleader. I will help assess situations, provide insight and recommendations, and help to finding solutions that works best for them. I work along side of managers in creating environments that support their team members to flourish and provides them with a sense of belonging and am a big opponent of policies that are created to manage mediocre performance. Difficult conversations are a part of managing people; I collaborate closely with managers to ensure that their team members leave any difficult conversation with their morale and self-esteem intact and trust that their leader has their best interest in mind. I thrive in a collaborative and inclusive environment, as one point of view will never produce exceptional results. I fill my cup up through continuously learning and challenging my own perspective; most recently I completed a Diversity & Inclusion for HR Certificate through eCornell.
