I am an experienced ITIL V3 © with 8.3 Years of experience and expertise to develop, integrate, enhance and implement applications that are built on BMC Remedy (AR system 6.3, 7.x, 7.6.x, 8.x, 9.x) and 3 years of experience in administration, configuration and development on Service-now platform. • I have worked on ITSM and SRM on 7.6.04, 8.0.0, 8.1 product releases in BMC (R&D), which involves working on development of OOTB ITSM Suite Apps like Incident Management, Change Management, Service Request Management and Asset management using AR workflows and Hands on experience on SLM. • Integrated CMDB 8.x/9.x via Atrium Integrator, to populate the data from Granite, SCCM, ADDM tools along with customization and Reconciliation/Normalization jobs. • Done various e-bonding Integration of BMC ITSM/SRM and Case HR Management with other third-party applications (Fujitsu- OSMQ, Netcool (NMS), SNOW, AT & T e-bonding, SCOM, Identity management tool) using Web-service, Atrium Integrator (Spoon), View form and database. • Requirement Analysis, design and implementation of complete BSM solutions for the clients. • I got appreciation as SPOT AWARD during my tenure with BMC Software India Private Limited for my outstanding performance during major BMC Remedy product Release viz ITSM/SRM 8.0.0 and SRM 8.1.0. • Service-now Certified System Administrator & Certified implementation specialist - Event management.
