During my professional career, I have spent time developing solutions and measuring success through rigorous industry standards. I have spent 5 years overseeing end-to-end program implementation across technical and business teams in EV space, e-commerce, manufacturing, hardware, MarTech, and technology consulting. Proven experience in building simple and highly scalable technology platforms and solutions that help transform, and scale businesses and enable the highest level of operational efficiencies. I have a passion for building things for the end users that solve core problems and also allow businesses to explore areas to improve and monetize the solutions by addressing complex enterprise solutions with the use of the latest technology tools and products. Key Achievements - Designed and built a SaaS platform from 0 to 1( Mobile Application, Web portals, Customer Success Platform, Dashboard for reporting ) for E-mobility charging acquiring 500K MAUs in 1.2 years - Built extensive stakeholder relationships internally and externally - internally, with engineering, design, QA, data science, marketing, and senior leadership and externally with senior stakeholders at globally known companies- Implemented and migrated marketing cloud solutions for clients improving onboarding of users, and powering personalized customer experiences and engagements- Led Product strategy across engineering and business verticals to collaborate on Product Roadmaps, design sprints and help form GTM and pricing strategy- Spearheaded the design and implantation of the world’s largest Deephole Mining drill machine DH-350 acquiring a 20% market share of $10M in the Oil/mining drill industry.
