About Robin Keenan

I am a dedicated sustainability professional with a genuine passion for environmental responsibility. My interest in sustainability stems from a sincere commitment to making a positive impact, driving me to seek practical solutions to environmental problems and contribute to a sustainable future. I have an extensive knowledge of both Irish and European sustainability legislation, including Ireland’s Climate Action Plan, the Climate Action and Low Carbon Development Amendment Act 2021, and the European Corporate Sustainability Reprting Directive (CSRD). I have experience in MRV systems, carbon mapping and associated carbon calculation methodologies. This comprehensive knowledge empowers me to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and drive effective strategies for environmental compliance under the Irish and European environmental regulation. I have recently completed a research Master of Science (Hons) in Environmental Management in the context of Sustainability with the Open University. Prior to this, I worked in the Energy sector for many years. I have a strong passion for sustainability, renewable energy, and climate action.
