As a nonprofit Executive Director I wear many hats. In order to be the most effective, I change them at any given moment and wear them to the best of my ability to the direct the needs of the organizations I manage. Whether it's fundraising, communications, strategic planning, marketing, operations, management, events planning, management administrative and human resource tasks, overseeing and ensuring sound financial practices, or any other skill, I work for the good of the organizations above all. I have a very hands-on approach to events, marketing, association/business management and administration with attention to detail and to work within tight deadlines. The knowledge and experience I've gained from business, industry, civic and associations sectors including a demonstrated commitment to the community and over 25 years of professional experience. Because of this my background is versatile- Dynamic and respected executive manager - Administrative and leadership experience in association management, events planning and membership service organizations- Excellent events planning & management experience with a proven track record of success for all types of events: corporate, association, community, personal and charity. Specializing in large scale and formal events- Excellent verbal, written, communication and relationship skills- Extensive experience in Marketing and Public Relations - Over 25 years of community, charitable, fire service and civic involvement - Technology: proficient in HTML, computer networking, software applications, internet management, member management platforms, online learning platforms and website design. As a seasoned leader I consider my leadership style as leading to serve authentically with conviction and passion.
